Who is infrared cocoon sauna recommended for?  We recommend infrared cocoon sauna pod therapy for all customers regardless of age.

HOW OFTEN

How often should you repeat this therapy?  The cocoon fitness pod provides effective results when customers are encouraged to use the system 2-3 times per week for the first 4 weeks; followed by 1-2 maintenance sessions per week thereafter. Typical session times range from 15-30 minutes.

 

EFFECTS

​How will I feel after my session? Quite often when people start to relax and slow down, they can start to feel sleepy or tired. This is especially the case if you have a sauna session at the end of the day or after a workout.

 

Experience

What do I wear for my session?  It is recommended to wear workout/light clothing.  You will lie on the cocoon pod face up. Your head will be exposed during the duration of the session allowing you to breathe fresh air.

contraindications

 What should not use cocoon sauna?  Do not use the cocoon infrared sauna without consulting your physician if you are or have: on prescription drugs, fever, sensitive to heat, over age 65, cardiovascular conditions, pacemaker/defibrillator, alcohol/alcohol abuse, joint injury (do not heat 48 hours after injury), hemophiliac/ prone to bleeding.
